I'm a SQL Server manager and architect with a focus on MSSQL database management, spanning nearly two decades of designing, optimizing, and scaling business-critical data systems. My work sits at the intersection of database architecture and modern software practice — performance tuning, secure data migration, and building systems that stay fast as they grow. Alongside MSSQL, I work regularly across MongoDB, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft BI tooling to cover the full data stack.

Alongside the technical work, I lead teams — running Agile and Scrum delivery, mentoring engineers, and acting as the bridge between technical depth and business stakeholders. I've built that muscle across cruise lines, healthcare, clean energy, campaign engineering, and fintech, which means I've mostly seen every way a data system can be asked to behave under pressure.
